FUNERAL & BURIAL WORKSHOP
The Rahman Academy will be hosting a Funeral & Burial Workshop on 20th December 2025, taught by Ustadha Rummana and Ustad Abdur-Rahman. This workshop will provide essential knowledge on the rites of the deceased, washing & shrouding, Janaza prayer, and includes a live practical demonstration of tying the kafan.
Ladies Workshop: 1:30pm – 4:30pm
Men’s Workshop: 5:00pm – 8:00pm
Course Fee: £10 only
NOTE: For the ladies session it is Ladies ONLY, however ladies are also permitted to attend the mens workshop if they wish. When selecting the session if you intend to attend both the ladies and mens, then please select both.
Join us for a practical and intensive workshop covering all the rites associated with death and funerals. Rulings pertaining to preparing the deceased. Practical demonstration of the washing and shrouding of the body.
